If you have not seen this (Food Inc.) and have never read one of Michael Pollan’s books, then you need to get busy and do it! I was thrilled to attend the Premiere of Food Inc. at the Belcourt this past Friday night. It was a packed house. Organic food was provided by Whole Foods and a panel discussion by experts followed the movie. A lot of the ideas discussed in the movie are in line with the “Healthy Eating” page on my website.
